Who’s Designing the Path for Progressives in Memphis?

New creative communications firm run by young millennials of color behind campaigns like Sen. Lee Harris and Stand for Children

Groups like Millennials for Memphis and Future901 have been working in the city to grow a base of public policy leaders who will help Memphis boom in an increasingly progressive era of politics. And now there’s a new communications consulting firm, founded by millennial Memphian, Kenneth Worles Jr., that’s taking on the design end of the city’s progressive campaigns.

Three(i) Creative Communications, run by young millennials of color, collaborates with some of the city’s leading advocacy groups and political figures in the fight for a more promising future. The firm also supports national campaigns in the Washington, D.C. area.

Three(i) is behind the branding for candidates and causes like City Councilman Berlin Boyd, Senator Lee Harris, County Commissioner candidate Tami Sawyer, former Mayor AC Wharton, Stand for Children, and Shelby County Democrats.

The new firm offers services including branding and logos, graphic design, web design, print materials, content creation, press releases and media outreach, and social media management with a mind for reaching younger audiences and voters.

“They knocked it out of the park and exceeded my expectations,” said Hyattsville Mayor Candace Hollingsworth, also a former Memphian, who’s running for Prince George’s County Council with strategic communications help from Three(i).

“Each of us has a role to play in the fight for a more just society. As a native Memphian, I wanted to create a support system for campaigns in the city that I believe in by getting the word out about them through eye-catching strategic communication solutions,” Three(i) Founder Kenneth Worles said. “Not only are our campaigns unique, but our approach is unique to reaching the next generation of changemakers. We’re good at what we do because we’re truly invested in the campaigns we take on.”
