Digital Media Internship - Summer 2021


Job Summary Are you a soon-to-be college graduate looking for real-world experience in the marketing industry? Three(i) looking for a Digital Media Internship who will join our team and be responsible for our digital presence as an agency. You will develop original content and suggest creative ways to attract more B2B customers and promote our brand as well as spotlight our clients. Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies. You will report directly to the Operations Coordinator. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist with the design and execution of social media campaigns
  • Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote agency news and advice on various social media sites
  • Create and distribute content such as infographics, videos, and press releases online
  • Track digital engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
  • Support marketing team at live and online events
  • Works with team to engage with customers throughout our social media channels
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Great oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter
  • Knowledge of social media analytics software, such as Facebook Insights to track audience engagement and campaign performance
  • Knowledge with content management systems, word processor applications, and image/video editing software
  • Interested in social media trends
  • Copywriting and editing skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Plus: Understanding of Mac OS, iOS, Trello, Zoom, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and Google Drive
Experience Currently enrolled in college, working toward a degree in digital communications or related field such as advertising, journalism, or graphic design Position Details

Marketing Strategist - Contract


Marketing Strategist - Contract Job Summary Three(i) looking for another creative sidekick, a Marketing Strategist, who will join our team and take full-on responsibility for setting specific objectives toward developing an overall marketing strategy that drives engagement, brand consistency, and meets all client objectives. This is a work-from-home roll-up-your sleeves and get it done senior marketing consulting position. The Marketing Strategist has an important role, serving as the liaison between our clients and Three(i). This means you’ll play a lead role in executing marketing activities that include social media, marketing, SEO and marketing automation, while supporting client communication and education. You’ll also be responsible for analyzing each client’s marketing analytics, creating reports and recommending future strategies and tactics. Job Duties and Responsibility

  • Lead the development of programmatic marketing strategy and tactics, encompassing print and electronic communications, public relations, and special events
  • Review and analyze market and/or data to inform marketing strategy and tactical development
  • Develop a clear understanding of audiences and their needs through a review of consumer information and the results of market research
  • Articulate marketing strategy to creative team for concept development and creative expression
  • Execute marketing strategy and tactics that favorably position client’s programs, campaigns, organizations, and events
  • Benchmark marketing efforts and best practices of other organizations and prepare reports to inform innovation and competitive analysis
  • Ensure that project timelines are met and monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Oversee the deployment of a variety of marketing and public relations tools including direct mail, advertising, web, e-mail, new media, etc.
  • Utilize digital analytics data, third-party subscription tools, and search engine optimization tools to improve performance
  • Assist in the creation, maintenance, and optimization of paid search advertising campaigns
  • Provide status reports on marketing effectiveness through appropriate channels, and ensure that changes are made in marketing based on the results of data analysis
  • Participate in the development of campaign budgets and monitor campaign expenditures
  • Communicate with clients and management as needed to ensure marketing campaigns are successful
  • Develop and lead presentations for internal and external clients
  • Manage relationships with vendors
Requirements
  • Superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing
  • Strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Media and Technical Delivery Specialists
  • Ability to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client partners
  • Strong understanding of technology or digital marketing
  • Fosters timeline development and monitors progress, ensuring deadlines
  • are met
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
  • Previous working experience as a Marketing Strategist for 2-3 year(s)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude
Work Schedule
  • 20- 25 hours per week

  • $20/hr - $25/hr
