Executive Assistant - Memphis, TN (Part-Time)

Three(i) Creative Communications, a communications firm in Memphis, TN, is looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, making reservations or travel arrangements, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

We work with "do-gooders" - that means nonprofit organizations, community development projects, corporate social responsibility and DEI departments, government agencies and political campaigns. Since our beginning in 2017, we’ve worked with clients like the National Partnership for Women and Families, Junior Achievement of Memphis and the Mid-South, Wolf River Conservancy, Overton Park Conservancy, Literacy Mid-South, the City of Memphis, Shelby County Health Department, River City Capital, Young Democrats of America and Latino Victory Fund (to name a few!), and we’re ready for our best year yet in 2022. THE JOB

As an Executive Assistant, candidates should be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Executive Assistants must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Executive Assistants should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.


As an Executive Assistant at Three(i), you will:

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
  • Manage company’s social media profiles and support with weekly social content
  • Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create proposals/presentations, and conduct research.
  • Arrange for the delivery of domestic and international packages
  • Greet and assist visitors.
  • Assist in proofreading of documents (i.e., letters, manuals, annual reports, etc.).
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
  • Assist with client and vendor invoicing and time tracking
  • Execute data entry
  • Conduct new business research
  • Coordinate company meeting, events and sessions
  • Prepare guests and/or client accommodations


You must be authorized to work in the U.S. full-time.


YOU

  • Associate’s Degree in related fields.
  • Prior administrative experience.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
  • You are an excellent communicator, both written and oral (email, in-person, and over the phone).
  • You find ways to collect, centralize, and synthesize information so it’s readily available to the entire team throughout the course of a project.
  • You spot trouble way down the road and troubleshoot as needed.
  • You are the person that others come to with a complex project or process problem needing a solution.
  • You have a working knowledge of a variety of different tools, from various CMSes to communications, management and design systems.

SALARY

Pay: $15/hour for 25 hours a week

Account Manager

Account Manager - Memphis, TN (Full Time)

Three(i) Creative Communications, a communications firm in Memphis, TN, is looking for a strategic and effective account leader who enjoys working with diverse teams to serve as a liaison between Three(i) and clients. This is a position within our Account Department.

THE JOB

An Account Manager at Three(i) isn’t just a list maker and status checker. The Account Manager must respond to and resolve client inquiries and requests by recommending actions with a high degree of urgency and accuracy. The candidate for this role should work well in a team environment guided by individual, team and business goals. This individual will interact positively and professionally with internal and external customers, taking initiative and troubleshooting when needed. An understanding of the critical balance between business goals and customer expectations is an asset for this role.

As an Account Manager at Three(i), you will:

  • Lead the discovery process with clients, shaping the project approach, goals, and initiation of services.
  • Ensure timely, effective communication is happening internally with all team members.
  • Build a positive rapport, maintain effective relationships, and proactively communicate the status of services with clients.
  • Lead your team to build and manage agile roadmaps and plan upcoming work. 
  • Support with developing project budgets.
  • Anticipate the client’s interests, offering new ideas that will help them achieve their goals.
  • Work with our team to continually improve Three(i)’s approach to clients.
  • Keep an organized and efficient database tracking communication and service status of each client
  • Participate in sales pitches to prospective clients and lead research initiatives to attract potential clients
  • Must have a “bent-for-action” attitude, ready to address the needs of existing clients and attract new clients
  • Travel occasionally to work on-site directly with clients, usually not longer than 2-4 days at a time.

Wordpress Developer - Contractor

Three(i) Creative Communications, a leading do-good marketing agency, is looking to hire an experienced web developer - who enjoys working with diverse teams to effectively accomplish web goals for our clients.

We are looking for a Wordpress Web Developer to support the Chief Creative Director in producing and overseeing digital and web creative solutions to address our clients messaging needs.

Applicants should be creative, hardworking, and passionate about civic and social issues.
The workload may fluctuate based on the clients’ needs. Work can be done remotely.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing Wordpress websites for a variety of clients and companies
  • Conceptualizing creative ideas with clients
  • Problem solving for e-commerce clients with full-circle digital marketing solutions
  • Communicating design ideas using process flows, sitemaps and wireframes
  • Produce and assist in the deployment of online marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email campaigns, Google Ads, etc.
  • Identify and participate in training, conferences, and education and development activities to improve knowledge and performance to sustain and enhance web and digital marketing goals
  • Testing and continuously improving the design of a website

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • HTML, java, CSS, SEO Principles
